Terms & Conditions for 7u77

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the relationship between 7u77 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") who accesses, registers with, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses any service, product, or feature made available through the 7u77 website and associated domains.

• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund freezing.

• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transactional activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee or closure in accordance with dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-initiated closure, inactivity, or regulatory requirement), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete.
